This first event by the joint venture of AMAR, the Mexican Association for Assisted Living, and Imacor, the Marketing Solutions Group, will prepare the industry for the coming wave of retirees, one that is demanding and active.
2B Alive 2008 is the result of ten years of brainwork, an extensive market research and the sinergy of the growing industry of Mexico, a country with services and openness to the foreign market.
In this first edition, our focus will be in bringing the industry forces together to supply an integrated array of services for retirees to live, work, share, rediscover themselves, and enjoy quality life in Mexico, yet be close to everything they hold dear.
Our ten-year research of the market has led to several conclusions:

Mexico, due to its closeness to America and its culture, ease of access, countryside living combined with the amenities of a metropolitan life, and the low cost of its luxury, already houses 1 out of 4 american world-bound retirees, thus, it is the place of choice for the 76 million Baby Boomer wave expected to retiree in the coming 10 years and the place AMAR is working.
